En a\u00efllar-lo de l\u2019exterior, aconseguim una temperatura estable a l\u2019interior que ens demandar\u00e0 menys calefacci\u00f3 a l\u2019hivern i menys aire condicionat a l\u2019estiu, fent la nostra llar m\u00e9s confortable i alhora, estalviant energia i despeses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-2-color has-text-color\">1- <strong>Reduim la factura el\u00e8ctrica i de gas<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Al tenir l&#8217;edifici ben abrigat, necessitarem menys energia per tenir casa nostra ben climatitzada. Aix\u00f2 redueix substancialment la factura de serveis. A  l&#8217;hivern quasi no necessitarem calefacci\u00f3 i a l&#8217;estiu pocs dies caldr\u00e0 que s&#8217;engegui l&#8217;aire condicionat. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-2-color has-text-color\" style=\"color:#ffffff\">2- <strong>Millorem el nostre confort i salut<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"color:#d7d7d7\">Aconseguirem una temperatura m\u00e9s estable i  uns espais menys sorollosos.<br>Eliminarem els fongs i les humitats en fusteries, armaris i racons causades per ponts t\u00e8rmics i eliminarem elements de fibrociment(amiant), tant perjudicials per la salut.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-2-color has-text-color\" style=\"color:#ffffff\">3- <strong>Produim menys CO2<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"color:#d7d7d7\"> Disminuint el consum energ\u00e8tic reduim l&#8217;emisi\u00f3 de CO2 i reduim la nostra petjada de CO2 al medi ambient. El nostre edifici es convertir\u00e0 en un complir\u00e0 les especificacions indicades per la UE per aconseguir els objectius Les energies renovables, encara m\u00e9s. Estem lluitant contra el canvi clim\u00e0tic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-2-color has-text-color\" style=\"color:#ffffff\">4- <strong>Apostem per un valor de futur i aumentem el valor patrimonial de casa nostra<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"color:#d7d7d7\">A Europa s&#8217;estan marcant uns objectius a complir molt exigents en quant a eficiencia energ\u00e8tica dels habitatges. Actualitzar el nostre edifici avui \u00e9s una inversi\u00f3 de futur. Aix\u00f2 suposa haber de rehabilitar uns 65.000 habitatges. Cal<br>justificar les actuacions realitzades en cas de mesures cautelars de la ITE.<br>En el cas de la convocat\u00f2ria de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia de l\u2019Habitatge de Catalunya i de l\u2019Institut Municipal de l\u2019Habitatge de Barcelona,<br>pr\u00e8viament a les sol\u00b7licituds d&#8217;ajuts, s&#8217;ha d&#8217;haver realitzat la <strong>tramitaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via<\/strong>. En cas que els informes d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 i<br>idone\u00eftat administrativa i t\u00e8cnica de la tramitaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via no siguin viables no es pot formalitzar la sol\u00b7licitud d&#8217;ajuts.<br>Ha de disposar de <strong>Certificat d&#8217;Efici\u00e8ncia Energ\u00e8tica de l&#8217;edifici (CEE)<\/strong> diligenciat per l&#8217;Institut Catal\u00e0 de l&#8217;Energia<br>(ICAEN), amb l\u2019etiqueta energ\u00e8tica corresponent.<br>El<strong> termini d\u2019execuci\u00f3 de les obres<\/strong> no pot superar els<strong> 18 mesos ampliables fins a 24 <\/strong>quan es tracti d\u2019edificis o<br>actuacions que afectin a 40 o m\u00e9s habitatges.<br>En el cas de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia de l\u2019Habitatge de Catalunya i de l\u2019Institut Municipal de l\u2019Habitatge de Barcelona, l\u2019<strong>inici <\/strong>de les<br>actuacions ha de ser <strong>posterior a l\u20191 de febrer de 2020<\/strong> i la seva <strong>finalitzaci\u00f3 abans del 30 de juny de 2026<\/strong>.<br>En el cas del Consorci Metropolit\u00e0 de l\u2019Habitatge, l\u2019inici de les obres ha de ser posterior a la publicaci\u00f3 de la seva<br>convocat\u00f2ria el 29 d\u2019abril de 2022 i la seva finalitzaci\u00f3 abans del 30 de juny de 2026.<br>Els edificis que hagin realitzat en els <strong>\u00faltims 4 anys intervencions de millora d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica<\/strong> en les quals<br>es <strong>pugui acreditar que es va reduir la demanda<\/strong> energ\u00e8tica anual global de calefacci\u00f3 i refrigeraci\u00f3 <strong>en els valors<br>indicats<\/strong>, <strong>queden eximits del requisit de reducci\u00f3 de demanda<\/strong>. Si no s&#8217;aconsegueix el requisit de reducci\u00f3, es<br>poden sumar les reduccions aconseguides en l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 o les actuacions realitzades en els \u00faltims 4 anys amb<br>les assolibles amb la nova actuaci\u00f3 proposada objecte de la sol\u00b7licitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"color:#d7d7d7;font-size:16px\">Finan\u00e7ament
